A pair of one-acts from the suffrage movement: How the Vote Was Won and The Spirit of ‘76, or the Coming Woman

As voting rights are being gutted and a women's right to choose is on its most unsteady footing in a generation, these plays are still shockingly relevant. They are not only two great examples of how art can be used to influence the hearts and minds of the people we want to reach, but  to also show the strength of well-organized strikes, and the power of imagining a vastly different future.
